Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cryptocurrency through Paymento, a non-custodial payment gateway: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20), Litecoin, Tron and Solana, among others. The exact list is shown on the hosted checkout page and depends on which assets are enabled for our merchant account. You can also top up an internal balance and pay instantly from it.

Do I need an account or KYC to pay?

Accepted Answer

An account is required so that we can deliver credentials to you and so that you can manage renewals, but no identity documents are collected. We do not ask for a name, address or ID. Crypto payments are non-custodial: funds go directly to a merchant-controlled wallet.

Question 3

The amount I sent is slightly different from the invoice. What happens?

Accepted Answer

Underpayments are handled with a tolerance that we configure on the merchant side (up to 5%). Slight rounding shortfalls are accepted automatically. If a materially smaller amount arrives, the order moves to a partial-paid state and the checkout page shows the exact remainder so you can top it up — any amount already broadcast counts towards the balance. Overpayments are accepted; the excess is credited to your account balance on request.
